TMX Releases Consultation Paper on Listing of Emerging Market Issuers

The Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) and TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) issued a joint consultation paper in December 2012 identifying the risks associated with listing emerging market issuers.
